INCENTIVE QUALIFICATION PLAN

PAT is provided to key employees who are qualitifed through your own in-house applied milestones to achieve specific objectives in order to “win” a first or returning retreat week to IBI's Performance Acceleration Training. PAT instruction is hosted in Los Angeles based hotel facilities five times annually. Dates are posted one year in advance on the IBI Global website. Graduates work even harder than first time guests to “win” the right to return to future PAT trainings – hopefully at a Platinum level at which their life partners or family can attend with them.

Corporate clients typically seek PAT plan discounts by setting up multi-year “process vs. event” planning for employee rewards and performance growth. Employees who graduate from PAT wish to meet new higher performance standards in order to qualify to RETURN to future PATS. Unlike many alternatives, graduates seek to return and work to meet criteria to “win” the right to return to future PATS.

Corporate planners who monitor year to year performance gains over multiple divisions and across many team groupings of talent function will discover, from the assembly line to the board room, PAT creates recognizable value gains in performance and long turn output. The average major University four-day business retreat is hosted with two instructors and a single Power Point projector from $12,000 to $14,000 (meals are not included). The average five to seven day MBA refresher retreat also hosted with two (versus fifty) expert faculty members – presently averages $40,000 for residency programs.

As all IBI programs “sell out,” PAT multi-year customers are always protected for the “next class dates” as priority guests by virtue of PAT representing a commitment by IBI Global to its larger accounts. Corporations which contract for a two or three year quarter-to-quarter “minimum PAT employee commitment” are "space protected" in each class for the minimum number contracted (for example, 25 employees per quarter) – in which all employees receive private break-out classes including a welcome orientation class for your VIPs upon arrival. The IBI break-out classes track specific agendas your management has set for performance upgrading.

IBI ongoing support includes web online e-learning and weekly workshops in most cities in the United States. There is no added charge for the lifetime ongoing training IBI provides. ONGOING SUPPORT PLAN

IBI operates PAT clubs in cities throughout the United States. Graduates from your corporation are asked to mentor at local clubs, which meet weekly. Week-to-week mentoring maintains the new core skill sets installed at IBI PAT Programs and perfected via practice sessions in the work place as well as through IBI's ongoing training support plan.

Graduates are able to access any IBI city club even when they travel at will. The majority of PAT graduates take advantage of this offer to work cross industry with peer-to-peer cross mentorship and ongoing coaching support in the career performance area. IBI encourages families to attend weekly ongoing trainings together. Family support and appreciation for the work agenda has been proven to resolve many absentee and related performance issues.

Graduates may also return to future classes FREE for life - on Friday through Sunday - to re-audit lesson plans or to practice PAT core skills. Your star performers will often use this free continuing support value from a single pricing plan. Tax benefits are accelerated into the year of acquisition for the entire three-year contract although the actual payment takes place as each team attends their specific class, providing accounting advantages to the corporate budget planner.

Graduates may return to future IBI programs for $2000 on their own – or as part of your annual “qualification to return” plan. Graduates can upgrade their return to a PLATINUM qualification where one or entire family member groups may attend together creating a prestige within the program. Employees who attend with their families tend to demonstrate superior long-term work output. All employees regard PAT Platinum qualifiers as special leaders within any size organization.

CEO MIXER PLAN

PAT students receive a very advanced MBA skill transfer lesson plan during the intense class constituting IBI PAT trainings. PAT students also mix and mingle with CEOs developing larger to moderate size businesses. PAT Classes commence with 7:30 AM breakfast and continue through 10:30 nightly. PAT attendees are required to attend all classes unless excused by their sponsor company. One program monitor may attend with a PAT employee team at $500 for each monitor, one monitor for ten enrolled PAT students. All enrollees must sign individual IBI enrollment contracts online prior to arrival where each enrollment contract matches the PAT master contract and list provided to IBI by the hosting company.

HOW TO COMPLETE AN ENROLLMENT

PAT enrollment forms are available on the IBI Website and also from any IBI Community Service Center (most cities nationwide) and also enclosed with this material. Corporate planners select the number of key employees they will be rewarding, complete the PAT enrollment agreement for each group (one form for each PAT class group) and submit the list of students and the form to IBI Global at 200 Lime Quarry Road, Madison Alabama 35758. A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time each student group is enrolled into the class date. Confirmation is provided by return receipt. Full tuition payment is required 72 hours prior to each event. All employees will receive pre-class kits to assist them in preparing for PAT training noting each kit is comprehensive in nature with multiple pre class exercises included. PAT kits are highly specialized helping your management teams to get the most from a PAT retreat.
