PAT is provided to key employees who are qualitifed through your own in-house applied milestones to achieve specific objectives in order to “win” a first or returning retreat week to IBI's Performance Acceleration Training. PAT instruction is hosted in Los Angeles based hotel facilities five times annually. Dates are posted one year in advance on the IBI Global website. Graduates work even harder than first time guests to “win” the right to return to future PAT trainings – hopefully at a Platinum level at which their life partners or family can attend with them. Corporate clients typically seek PAT plan discounts by setting up multi-year “process vs. event” planning for employee rewards and performance growth. Employees who graduate from PAT wish to meet new higher performance standards in order to qualify to RETURN to future PATS. Unlike many alternatives, graduates seek to return and work to meet criteria to “win” the right to return to future PATS. PAT may be instituted on a pilot program over a single year or multi-year contract. IBI Global has established per head pricing in which normal $6500 tuition per individual is reduced to affordable group rate pricing as set forth below: PRICE PER STUDENT (Includes meals & instruction. The average major University four-day business retreat is hosted with two instructors and a single Power Point projector from $12,000 to $14,000 (meals are not included). As all IBI programs “sell out,” PAT multi-year customers are always protected for the “next class dates” as priority guests by virtue of PAT representing a commitment by IBI Global to its larger accounts. Corporations which contract for a two or three year quarter-to-quarter “minimum PAT employee commitment” are "space protected" in each class for the minimum number contracted (for example, 25 employees per quarter) – in which all employees receive private break-out classes including a welcome orientation class for your VIPs upon arrival. Graduates are able to access any IBI city club even when they travel at will. CEO MIXER PLAN |

PAT students receive a very advanced MBA skill transfer lesson plan during the intense class constituting IBI PAT trainings. PAT students also mix and mingle with CEOs developing larger to moderate size businesses. PAT Classes commence with 7:30 AM breakfast and continue through 10:30 nightly. PAT attendees are required to attend all classes unless excused by their sponsor company. One program monitor may attend with a PAT employee team at $500 for each monitor, one monitor for ten enrolled PAT students. HOW TO COMPLETE AN ENROLLMENT |

PAT enrollment forms are available on the IBI Website and also from any IBI Community Service Center (most cities nationwide) and also enclosed with this material. Corporate planners select the number of key employees they will be rewarding, complete the PAT enrollment agreement for each group (one form for each PAT class group) and submit the list of students and the form to IBI Global at 200 Lime Quarry Road, Madison Alabama 35758. A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time each student group is enrolled into the class date. Confirmation is provided by return receipt. Full tuition payment is required 72 hours prior to each event. All employees will receive pre-class kits to assist them in preparing for PAT training noting each kit is comprehensive in nature with multiple pre class exercises included.
