IBI MISSION |

IBI retreats are used by larger employers as key person reward and recognition performance training. Clients work with IBI over a 15 class program to designate the number of employees they wish to reward. IBI works with retreat week VIPs to help develop better plans, improved team support and resources to execute immediate performance gains. The IBI mission is focused on accelerating performance results using annual incentives to attend IBI retreat weeks to inspire employee motivation.
